Qforms ICF is the most experienced insulated concrete form distributor in Georgia. Since we first got involved in the insulated concrete form industry in 2004, we have had the opportunity to work on thousands of projects, ranging from small insulated concrete form foundations to full-height ICF homes of up to 60,000 square feet.
The experience that we have gained from being involved in numerous residential, commercial, and industrial projects over the years allows us to provide our customers with the best customer service and technical support in the industry.
Family-owned and operated.
Joe Quartarone has over 20 years of experience with insulated concrete forms. He worked in Ontario building and installing ICF before deciding to make Georgia his home. He has the most respect and knowledge regarding the benefits of Nudura products.
When it comes to making your dreams come true with your new home or any new project, you will have peace of mind knowing you can enjoy your home energy-efficient and have peace of knowing you are safe regarding natural disasters.
As the demand for insulated concrete form construction increased, Joe Quartarone decided to shift the company’s focus and became a distributor of Nudura, the number one brand of ICF on the market.
We enable more efficient construction every day by distributing Nudura ICF products that are designed to make building easier and faster.
We strive to provide customers coworkers, and suppliers with win-win solutions and a community of mutually beneficial relationships.
We only offer top-quality brands to enable reliability, backed by total aftermarket service and support.
We are constantly evaluating profitable opportunities that match our strengths and our commitment to our customers.
Each member of our team has a valued seat at the table. Personal responsibility is an expectation, as is the team’s responsibility to support one another.
Fastform ICF has received several awards for projects throughout Southern Ontario, including an award for the twin 9-storey West Village student residences at McMaster University. These residences were the first LEED Platinum multi-storey buildings in Canada at the time. We also received another award for a 60,000 square foot home in Oakville which was modelled after the Blickling Hall Palace in England.
Another nationally recognized for its energy efforts, Warren County Public Schools (WCPS) has developed an energy conservation policy and high performance building commitment that has offset nearly $9.8 million in energy costs since 2003. (At least a 25% net cost avoidance benefit.) This accomplishment is equal to saving more than 196 teaching positions! Safety was also an important consideration in the choice to switch from traditional masonry and build with insulated concrete forms (ICFs) and hollow core concrete plank floors. The area had historically experienced high winds and severe storms that were a concern. This award recognizes that the forward-thinking approach adopted by Warren County Public Schools for the past twelve years has influenced other schools throughout the U.S., and even internationally. The team behind this dramatic shift in the energy consumption of Warren County Schools has changed the way other school districts set goals to reduce energy costs in order to free up more budget dollars for education and teachers’ salaries.
